The recent monsoon surge brought about flooding along Central Lane 3, near Marina Bay MRT station and the ground level of the lift lobby at Block 129, Bedok Reservoir
 
The Public Utilities Board (PUB) is under the purview of the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment (MSE), and the current Minister in charge is Grace Fu, the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment.
