dear all i too have finally tried the remaining stretch of the coastal highway starting from the anjung neighborhood all the way down to CIQ. for those going from anjung, you can't use the main 'entrance' as it is blocked instead go up the humongous roundabout and then take the first exit on your left (its partially blocked when I used). the whole stretch was superfast, passing by HH towards perling. The highway is currently quite usable. I was also worried about dusty roads or incomplete sections but seems like it is almost 100%. I noted a number of units of HH facing the highway. might be a potential problem in the future esp. if the traffic is high, perhaps buyers might bug the management to put up soundboards etc as is done is the other parts of the same highway. all middle point access areas seemed to be blocked for now so for those using this coastal highway make sure your endpoint is anjung and bukit indah/further. Anytime now yeaaah!!
oh i made another trip to puteri harbor just past friday, is it the hotel?? next to the puteri harbor is up. that's very fast as the last time I was there it was still flatland. from kota iskandar the interchange towards the coastal highway is still blocked (completely with barbed wire) midway through can see the marlborough college's progress.
And finally my apologies, I was driving did not manage to take any photos hope words suffice for now.
Investor:
hmmm very bad with distance I think its more like 2-3 minutes to HH and about 4-5 minutes to Bukit indah interchange?
ah the traders hotel. from the looks of it, topping out soon.
Oh from what you said, it means that there are 2 interchange for Bukit Indah because HH's interchange is also for Bukit Indah.
i fhink so, one is the HH one and the other is the one before perling. HH, there is 2 exit if I am not wrong though again can't confirm as I was driving. one tat cuts into the heart (clubhouse) of the residential area and the other on side continuing into the half-ended road one would usually turn into HH via gateway area.
I don't think that's an exit near the clubhouse, HH interchange where you exit to the road which leads you to the entrance besides Gateway should be the only exit.
currently most people who enter the coastal highway from HH/bukit indah side will come from the access road, same road we use to enter HH now, access road is built by UEM, was initially only for HH residents and golf club visitors, but now they have moved the barriers to the new entrance, so the public will be able to access.
In the future, there will be more entrances/exits to HH, one outside The Golf, another outside the clubhouse, and probably a few more when the other future precincts are ready.
Hi Lastresort,
Which road/s will the future Golf and Clubhouse entrances/exits lead to?
Roads surrounding HH on 3 sides should be the access road which you've mentioned, Coaster Highway and lastly Nusajaya's main road.
Was enjoying prata earlier with the family just now at Habib, a dressed up white sedan with license plate JMW 8679 came at the folks sitting by the side of the road. It then stopped and did a very fast and reckless reverse and hit the bumper of a parked car. The driver then drove off and parked nearby, and was approached by the owner of the poor car. The driver looked to be very young and with a large group of friends, made lots of noise and said crap about the accident, the dent on the bumper being there already, etc and even tried to flatly denied it. The owner of the car then pointed to the folks sitting right beside the place where the reversing took place and said loudly those are his witnesses. Though he had a large group, in the end he wanted to settle with cash but the owner said no and waited for his friend to come by. As no one was hurt (luckily), in the end the large group walked away.
News reported a singaporean golfer car was stolen yesterday. Though this is nothibg surprising
i am wondering if we can buy a malaysian car plate for safery sake?
Vehicles are stolen eveywhere.. my old neighbour was stolen at one of HDB multi storey car park when he was travelling few years back.. this was not reported in newspaper.. strange..
Hi crystal, yes NI has its own exit and currently, it is faster to reach NI from 2nd link than any other development near Bukit Indah. But there is no direct entry to the highway from NI back to 2nd link. For some reason, UEM failed to build the ramp going downwards for us NI buyers to return to 2nd Link. Bummer for us, have to take a longer wayMorning guys
Last sat i went in thru 2nd link , first time going by that way ....
Wow , amazed that Nusa Idaman has it own exit and so fast can reach .....
