What you say could very well be the case but the problem with PAP is that it is not transparent.
Could easily present data to show of that of those who are fully vaccinated and passed away ,when was the second vaccination and what type.

This has led to wild speculation eg are they hiding because mostly death are from those vaccinated with Pfizer
PAP started with Pfizer in Dec 2020, so theoretically these guinea pigs have lowered immunity by July 2021 .
Moderna started here only in mid March so immunity should be good till Oct.
So why MOH not revealing these data ?
moderna has longer duration for efficacy and higher efficacy after 6.9 months of 2nd shot, as mayo clinic data suggests. moderna as of end of July 2021 showed 76% effective while pfizer dropped to 42%. sg will not just copy info from american research institutions and regurgitate data as if it is their own. they have to do their own study for local cases and the local population. but the process is more cumbersome and slower due to selective reasoning and revelation. after 50 years in power, it has becum an art (with a fart).

When the numbers hit 5000 which I expect to be soon I wonder what song will blank cheque Wong sing next. Will he say be prepared for 10k cases ?
I put the date to somewhere near mid Oct to hit 5K mark, at least another 5~6 days. 10K mark probably end Oct, should everything remains status quo.

Causation is not correlation. Most Sinkies were vaxxed with Pfizer (later 'Comirnaty' which is the same thing), only a few picked Moderna to feel special. Moderna was also rolled out much later and less widely available.

Therefore by the basic laws of probability, Pfizer 'wins' the fatality numbers game.

That is short sighted misconception even during the romans timeline and that Jesus dude timeline of 2000+ years there were already 'pandemic'. As Orion and draconic forces starts to counter some off worlds powers that arrived here and build huge pyramids all over Earth some 5000yrs ago. That's another can of worms all together.

But the pyramid are still here, undeniable. History our school don't really teaches anything. What Darwin craps. lol...... Our science are all BS for the benefits of Mega Pharmacies only...

You see our Covid here Termasick the biggest investor in Pfizer/Blackrock which is the biggest MNC on earth. Pfizer also paid billions on fines last year for false infos submitted for medicine.

Humanity records 900 yrs from the first testimony and slowly degraded to 200 than 100+ then the 'modernization' evolution start then your theory is right. Few hundred years ago many place people lived to only 40, 50 years old.

Look at this data life expectancy is different across the world even now.
https://ourworldindata.org/life-expectancy

But not in China they lived beyond hundred of years old with 5000 years of history. Our ancenstor our Ah Kong Ah Ma all live 100+ years lol........ :P <3

In order to get into the head of Sam on this, you need stats to show or else he do not understand a thing.

SINGAPORE: Pharmaceutical company MSD announced on Wednesday (Oct 6) that it has entered an agreement with Singapore to provide molnupiravir, an investigational antiviral drug to treat COVID-19, once it is authorised or approved.

The drug, which is being developed in collaboration with Ridgeback Biotherapeutics, is currently being evaluated in two Phase 3 clinical trials, the company said in a news release.

One study is evaluating the drug for the treatment of non-hospitalised patients with “laboratory-confirmed COVID-19" and at least one risk factor associated with poor disease outcomes.

The other study is evaluating molnupiravir for post-exposure prophylaxis, or treatment after the patient has been exposed to the virus.

The company said last Friday that molnupiravir has been shown during trials to reduce the risk of hospitalisation or death by about 50 per cent for patients with mild to moderate COVID-19.

It has also been shown to be active against the most common variants of the COVID-19 virus, including the highly infectious Delta variant.
Under the agreement, Singapore will be able to access the drug once “certain regulatory milestones are achieved”, said MSD.

CNA has contacted the Ministry of Health and Health Sciences Authority for more information.
"MSD believes a range of medicines and vaccines will be needed to make an impact on the pandemic," said Ms Pang Lai Li, managing director for MSD in Singapore and Malaysia.

"This agreement is another example of Singapore’s forward-looking strategy of pandemic management and the Government’s commitment to investing in innovative medicines and vaccines to combat the pandemic."

Merck pill seen as 'huge advance', raises hope of preventing COVID-19 deaths

Merck's COVID-19 pill hailed after cutting hospitalisations by 50%

“As the pandemic continues to evolve and surges are being reported in many places around the world, we are hopeful that we can make a meaningful impact on the pandemic through development of an effective oral antiviral that can be taken in earlier stages of disease, outside of hospitalised settings to limit disease progression,” added Dr Nick Kartsonis, MSD Research Laboratories' senior vice president, vaccines and infectious diseases, clinical research.

Dr Leong Hoe Nam, an infectious disease specialist at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital’s Rophi Clinic, said early treatment of patients with mild to moderate COVID-19 will be a “game-changer”.

“It is going to limit disease progression to more severe illness especially in high-risk patients,” he added.

“Very significantly, we can arm our frontline doctors with oral medications that may make a difference at the point of diagnosis.

“This may shift treatment from hospitals to general practitioners and polyclinics as Singapore pivots towards endemic living with COVID-19.”

Without release of detailed data on how many (in absolute figures and percentage) infections, hospitalisation, ICU , death ect2 by types of vaccine, we are all left to grasp in the dark.
It is not for us layman to try to figure out but for the media and so called world class universities.
Other than selectively quoting some doctors to support their agenda (some hidden ?) the universities and medical profession have been largely quiet about this.
So end of the way we are paying a heavy price.
Ignorance in this case is not bliss but death

The only way to protect yourself is to do the opposite what the govt tells you.
Go vaccinate, then to protect yourself dun vaccinate.
wear mask, then dun wear mask
do social dist, then dun social dist.
give you QO, then ignore QO.

If everyone do that, what can the govt do.
The govt has no say anymore when you have more than 3k cases. It's a done deal that they will be removed from the govt.

We also have the most naive leaders in the world. Look at how they kept changing goal post and used of words to exonerate themselves over the past 2 years. It won't be the last.

Man seeks court order for daughter to get COVID-19 vaccination after ex-wife 'strongly opposed' jab
www.channelnewsasia.com

SINGAPORE: A man has filed a court application to pave the way for his 16-year-old daughter to get the COVID-19 vaccination, after his ex-wife, who shares joint custody of the teen, "strongly opposed" the jab.

The parties involved in the case cannot be named as the child is a minor.

According to the originating summons, the man is seeking a court order to allow his daughter to be vaccinated, and for his ex-wife to bear the cost of his application.

In Family Justice Court documents seen by CNA, the man and the defendant were married in 2003 in Singapore. The man is a Singapore permanent resident and his ex-wife is a Singaporean.

He applied for a divorce in 2015 after living apart from his spouse for three years, and the couple were granted joint custody of their daughter under the terms of the interim judgment.

He has since remarried.

In the man's affidavit, he wrote that there had been no issues with custody, care and control until recently.

"I am vaccinated and I wish for (my daughter) to be vaccinated too," he wrote. "This is especially after the Government has announced the current policy of living with the virus which is accompanied by the recent hike in the number of COVID-19 cases in Singapore."

Most of her classmates have also been vaccinated against COVID-19, wrote the man in his affidavit.

He said he believed it would be in his daughter's best interest to be vaccinated against COVID-19, but that his ex-wife "is strongly opposed" to this.
According to him, the pair have had many discussions on the issue but have not been able to resolve the matter amicably.

"I am left with no alternative but to apply to this honourable court to vary the consent order to allow me to be allowed to make a decision on having (my daughter) vaccinated," he wrote.
The man is represented by lawyer Chung Ting Fai.

LETTER BY THE DAUGHTER

Attached with the affidavit was a letter by the man's daughter, where she expressed her desire to get the COVID-19 vaccine.

"Due to the increased number of community cases in recent weeks, I have become more concerned for my health and that of those around me," she wrote.

"I want to immunise myself against the virus so even in the case that I get it, my chances of becoming seriously ill are inhibited."

She also added some personal motivations for getting the vaccine, such as her hopes to travel, to have a social life and to dine out and catch a movie.

As of Wednesday morning (Oct 6), the teen's mother has not yet responded to the court action.

I have posted this before and I have been proven spot on.

Sinkees are naive because they have no personal experience in real-life COVID tragedy. That is why they bitch non-stop about the "incompetency" of the gahment when numbers are 3K and deaths are above 100. Wait until the numbers hit 20-30K with death rates in the thousands and are literally at their doorstep. They'll be naive no more. Believe me, I know.

Actually MOH's recovery plans are in a mess. Major restrictions to be announced within 48 hours.
