Although I support Amos, I think he didn't realise that a minor is in no maturity, emotional maturity and intellectual maturity to be in a position of consent. That is what the world see minor as.

Sorry Amos, I disagree with you on this. A child does not have the maturity to consent about sex with an adult. The child is in the handicap position in facing the adult in regard to sexual consent.

It is based on the fact that the child do not have the life experience to discern the appropriate way to deal with sex. In other words, level of maturity is low.

Unless it is a particular culture which allows it and the culture has a way to deal with the outcome of it responsibility. Then I think that is ok.

Particular specific culture is not the norm prevalent culture.
