You might want to see the video again - straight from the horse's mouth. He feels that adults should not be charged if the minor consents. There is no age limit. He used 16 year old as an example. He was referring to child, minor. Go see his prior comments on the subject of child / minor.

Do you know why nations all around the World have laws to prosecute adults who have sex with minors who are consent? Did the whole World get it wrong or just one person. There is no law that I know of that charges a minor for having consensual sex. So the issue if about adult.

The first group that cancelled on him was the group the provided him support during his detention.

Though he is not advocating child porn as he will be immediately thrown out of the country, how does society define child porn - (1) make a recording and collect money, (2) make a recording and do not collect money, (3) making a recording of consenting minor and adult and exchanging with like minded people and don't collect money.

Here is another way to approach this. Say for example Amos is 13 years of age, intelligent, matured beyond his years and a avid videographer. He decided to have sex with his adult neighbour.

Amos and not the adult records the act but the adult consents to it.

Amos’ dad finds it and hands it over to the Police.
