I feel tired most of time, Now it seem hard for me to cope with life with my diseases.

I feel my health is getting worse and worse. but still trying very hard to live as per usual.
Tired but i will be strong and have to be strong.

i do not know what to say. everytime i think of this, then i will feel like to cry.
i feel myself enough miserable, i also have a mind like to give up.

but this will make my family sad, so i have to live, have to struggling to survive.
i hope i can make it.
