Two of the three people who sustained serious injuries at Yuan Ching Road on Friday morning are believed to have succumbed to their wounds.

The Straits Times understands that a man and one of two women have died from their injuries.

The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) was alerted to the incident at 8am, and dispatched three ambulances to 9C Yuan Ching Road.

They found three people with serious injuries - a man in his 30s, a woman in her 40s, and a woman in her 30s. It is understood that they had sustained slash wounds. The three victims were sent to the National University Hospital, SCDF said.

SINGAPORE: At least one person was found dead at 9C Yuan Ching Road, or Parkview Mansions, on Friday (Jan 30).

The death has been classified as an "unnatural death" and foul play has not been ruled out, Channel NewsAsia understands.

The Singapore Civil Defence Force told Channel NewsAsia that they were alerted to the incident at 8am Friday, and despatched three ambulances to 9C Yuan Ching Road.

Three people were sent to the National University Hospital - a female in her 30s, a female Chinese in her 40s and a male Chinese in his 30s.

A hotline caller, Mr Zhang, notified Channel NewsAsia at 9.50am, saying that the incident happened at Yuan Ching Road. He said a husband and wife had a fight this morning, and their maid tried to intervene.
