Chatroom Under Utilised - Why?

Erection...if you are using Windows 8, after Java upgrade there will be an App in the App Page, just click on it
 
It will say Configure Java
Set it to Medium

Then you can enter chatroom

Yesterday I had problem and checked it was at midium. Decided to risk it and set to lowest, bingo, it worked.
