This Sun bird you guys mention is our national bird. Have any of you chaps seen it in public before?

Almost every day - outside the garden from my rented ground floor condo. Well, they are sunbirds, whether of the crimson vaariety, I have not bothered to find out.

Before this thread, I thougth Sg's National Bird was Annabelle Chong.

The Peacock Bass should not be there. It is a cichlid from South America.

There is a small pygmy snakehead that is indigenous to Singapore (found in Pierce Reservoir) - that should be Peesai's National Fish.
