Not too long ago, the security guards were of much higher standard and those with criminal records and backgrounds could get a licence. So the guards were much better.

But nowadays, any criminal backgrounds of foreigners can be masked and concealed. I wont be surprised if many of these 3rd world migrants have some criminal records.

It's not safe in SG nowadays and it may get worse

That's right. The better ones are with the 2 IRs. Followed by CISCO and AETOS. If a guard is deployed to a condo or school, that's the lowest end of their work. Within NTUC, there is an entity that is supposed to upgrade the industry but nothing concrete thus far. I believe it is headed by an ex-police officer. Patrick Tay?

I've a similar encounter. Was in the male toilet and then suddenly the CC manageress barged in with 2 technicians or contractors and my fly was unzipped. She saw my didi and never even blink. The 2 guys also like nothing happened. Really felt harassed by her.

Happened to me b4 last time when I was working. CB indian lady cleaner told her so many times don't clean the man's bathroom and toilet around 3pm its the morning n afternoon change shift time and the techs need to wash up and go home or change to work. Everytime she would bang the bathroom door around 3pm and yell " cleaning " and b4 any tech could respond she would rush in and start cleaning. 1 time I was putting on my underware after my shower when she rushed in. Bloody hell she got the cheek to complain to mangement outrage of her modesty. Kana called up by HR. Fuck them up told them why can't she clean b4 or after 3? When they asked her she said from 4 to 6 she need to go and fetch her kid from school so must clean around 3 CB end up morning shift must wait for her to clean b4 we can goand wash up and 2nd shift must come earily to change b4 she starts cleaning.

Any security or maintainence personnel don't know to call out warning before entering female toilet needs to be charged and fine or jail or both.

This is basic knowledge the company needs to teach <--- needs to hold responsibility.

If you let this go easy. Be careful your wife, daughters, sisters... need i say more ?!!!

Yes, they shd at least alert ppl in the washroom. Anyway, is it normal to allow males into ladies washroom in SG? I dont think so, right?

I went swimming with Chloe this morning. After the swim we went to the ladies room to shower and change.

After stripping off our bikinis, I stepped into the shower. Almost immediately, I heard Chloe screamed. I rushed out and was shocked to see an indian security guard in the changing room. He saw Chloe full frontal nude. I covered myself and asked what was he doing in the ladies changing room. He feigned ignorance and muttered that he was in to help switch on the sauna.

You do have a point. But it was not like that a few years ago.

I still remember the SPF was in full force to surround Chee Siok Chin, treating her like a dangerous criminal.

Recently, even open defiance by PRC family was treated with courtesy and respect from the SPF poodles.

Many loan shark bosses are getting away and only their runners were arrested and prosecuted.

The big time crime bosses seem to be immune to prosecution. Only small fries suffer the full brunt of SG's law

Because these big fries park their ill-gotten gains here contributing to the banking sector. The small fries contribute nothing.
