I have a friend who is willing to help you look after your house in JB in the following areas:-

1. Chase after defects from developer
2. Be around to attend to contractors, furniture delivery etc
3. Look after security of your house
4. Planting of your favourite fruit trees and plants
5. Any other assignments that you want in relation to your Jb house.
