Police arrest 3 robbers

<!-- end left side bar --> <!-- story content : start --> THREE men believed to have robbed three convenience stores in the past week have been arrested. The suspects aged between 17-21 years-old committed the crime spree over a span of three days robbing convenience stores located in Pasir Ris and Tampines.
The police have recovered most of the items stolen by the trio which include coins, mobile phone top-up cards, cigarettes and condoms. All three suspects will be charged in Court on Saturday for Armed Robbery with Common Intention. The offence is punishable with a maximum of 20 years imprisonment and caning of not less than 12 strokes.
