PEASANTPORE: It was a rainy morning in the peasant heartland Limbang estate in Choa Chu Kang, and Peasant Brian Ang appeared to be in a rush. But the 25-year-old peasant of Limbang was smart enough stop and sing praises of his Peasants' Representative Lawlan Wong, a minion he probably dismissed described as "farking lucky chap" once the Gestapo agents pretending to Mouthpiece reporters sink back to the abyss.
Lawlan Wong, who is the Peasants' Representative for the Limbang ward under the Marsiling-Yew Tee GRC and also Finance Minion, was on Thursday (Apr 14) anointed the Seat Warmer of Ruler Loong.
"If Ruler Loong says Lawlan is good, then then he must be good lah," Peasant Ang told Mouthpiece on Friday morning.
"Since he is Ruler Loong's preferred Seat Warmer, then we peaants must respect him, especially (seeing him) wading through numerous cock ups on the Wuhan Plague task force.
"Got peasants say he makes a million peanuts annually but he perspires during (a press conference) but we must obey Ruler Loong's choice."
Peasant Ang, who has met Minion Wong in person, described Lawlan Wong as "slick after spending money to make Botanical Gardens a UNESCO Heritage Site". He also said Minion Wong has "proven himself to be loyal to Ruler Loong" - a quality Peasant Ang believes will put him in good stead to be a Seat Warmer.
The Mouthpiece spoke to several peasants around Limbang on Friday morning, all of whom said that they have either interacted with or seen Minion Wong on the ground.
Speaking to CNA at the coffee shop located next to the Profits Above Peasant branch in Limbang, 44-year-old Peasant Liu Ah Min said he was "very happy" that Minion Wong has been elected as the Seat Warmer.
"We must only say good things about Lawlan Wong. Got legends say he very calm, very friendly, very approachable ... some say he can make the blind see and the lame walk properly again," he said.
"Like LKY, he got this feudal lord mentality but unlike Ruler Loong, he don't tell you what to do, he learn from Woody Ah Go-Goh, he gives you some suggestions but you better follow his suggestions."
Another resident, 56-year-old Peasant Toh, said that although he has not met Minion Wong in person, he got special powers and can tell from his Peasants' Representative public appearances that he is "a very sincere person" .
"Somehow Lawlan Wong can convince peasants tax and price hikes for the good of the country, really this country is hopeless," added Peasant Toh.
"After Lawlan Wong raises taxes but still earn million dollar stipend but he got this messiah like trait that he can still convince you that he understand the concerns and cushions the concerns (of the peasants). He is almost like a Messiah, almost too good to be true."
AN PEASANTS' REPRESENTATIVE WHO LISTENS TO RULER LOONG
Peasant Kristine Quek, who has lived in the estate for more than 20 years, described Peasant Wong as being "very kind" during two house visits to her home.
"This skill he learn from LKY. The late dictator expert at getting reporters to show he very kind to peasants but he actually despise them. Because he is deemed loyal to Ruler Loong, even through he cock up a few times while handling the Wuhan Plague, he still become the Seat Warmer, this is Asiatic Meritocracy," said Peasant Quek, 56.
Peasant Quek's daughter, Peggy Ong, added that she felt Lawlan Wong listened to her problems when she approached him for help with an appeal to attend a university course.
Her appeal to the university was eventually unsuccessful, she said, but Lawlan Wong offered alternative suggestions.
"Funny leh, the script says even though I got rejected, I must say he so solid to suggested I take another course, but any mission school boy can tell the the same thing leh" said younger Peasant Ong, who is 26.
Both peasants shared that Lawlan Wong also made several improvements to their estate as their representative, including using tax payers' money to add a sheltered walkway and expanding a pedestrian crossing.

Following news of Lawlan Wong's appointment as the Seat Warmer, another PAP lackey and Marsiling-Yew Tee Peasant Wayne Ah Chan, 43, shared a post on Facebook expressing his support for Lawlan Wong.
Having met the Representative at community outreach events, both as a PAP lackey and peasant, Ah Chan said he is sick and tired of repeating the script about Lawlan Wong been "extremely easy to work with and talk to".
"For example, at a Teachers’ Day celebration that I hosted with him as the guest of honour in 2018, he came on his own to join us without any minders following him. If it was LKY or Ruler Loong, there will be an entourage of boot lickers or Gestapo agents swarming around them."
"Somehow I also feel good after Lawlan Wong explains why tax hikes are good, maybe because we are peasants and never study Literature or read Jane Austen's books, we Asiatic peasants are silly donkeys huh?"
