A simpler solution is to get rid of the PAP. Their policies are making life difficult for the "lesser mortals"
Just look at NS & how it creates an imbalance within an age cohort between males & females. While the males are held back, the females go on to get a 2 year head start. This goes on even after 2 years when males have the burden of doing reservice.
This is why many males prefer to work oversea. When they are overseas they can focus on their job without distraction of NS.
