my area is Circuit road, not bishan or pasir ris where promoting bicycle tracks.
yet many bicycle and electric bike at the shuttled walkway where there is a "no bike" sign and no motor-bike" sign.
there are old folks and young infant very pron to accident with the bicycle or electric bike.

if there is an accident, how to process the claim for medical fee and how to bring the biker to court.
