If bargain Hen is slated for PM, he would already by made DPM by now. the PAP internal guide for PM is to be DPM for at least a full term before taking over as PM. Unless LHL has zero intention of giving up PM post before 2020, which is unlikely given his cancer history. Also bargain hen has been a full minister for 3 full terms already. If he can't make DPM by now, his CEP is not going to be PM.
The next PM is definitely either Tharman or TCH, and it seem like Tharman may actually have a shot as the chinese population is warming up to him over TCH.
