Since the introduction of the KPE, pple from northeast has a new way to go to town, thus freeing up the jams along CTE tremendously. Since ERP is a tool to reduce the traffic jam, and in turmoil times like this, perhaps the govt shuld consider reducing the ERP rates along CTE.
