Soon someone will insist that the minimum etiquette is no longer "Good morning" but to ask "How are you?" or "Have you eaten?". And you had better give a reply longer than one word, otherwise it is not acceptable.

Visited a friend condo earlier this year that has private lift, straight from the carpark, took the lift and it's his unit right away.
It's a 4 storey condo with individual private lift. He is staying on the 4th floor and he told me hardly see the other unit resident that is staying on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Quite exclusive, if you ask me.
