what sports do you engage and what do you eat?

i went x-ray last year, doctor says no vigorous sports.

finished a a bottle of glucosamine but still unable to recover...:(

must take type-2 collagen, hyaluronic acid, MSM, boron and others...............go see curezone.org and earthclinic.com for advice/info........

cartilage can be rebuilt..............

i went jogging daily and this was the end result, haven't been exercising much after this knee problem. i put on few pounds if not i could be the next mr universe. haha...lol...


jogging is fine. be careful with power-oriented sports like football which require strong repetitive knee movement. i used to have a knee meniscus tear. no problem with running. but the knee often gave way after football games.

You got that right//////// where blood flows, qi also follow n qi is damn good for repair of organs n body parts

Best way is to use moxa stick...... burn it, use the constant smoke to further heat up mixture of ginger shreds n garlic choppings. Combined effect good for knee joint. Try aiming at the 4 acu pressure pionts in each knee joint which is to be done 20 minutes each time...... Do it for a month on daily basis, your knee will be back to normal
Why I say so? ....... I invented the method n it worked beautiful - fuck the surgeons - they are interested in making lots of money within a short time!!
