Yesterday i was at the site and was thinking why are they using wood to construct the house? i thought it should be metal and brick, do you guy think is there any problem a not? Sorry for all the stupid question i just wanted to clear my doubt.

Already checked with developer n confirmed all the payments n fees made so far n balance payments ,its the best way to email them n they reply soon then the lawyer firm as they dont seem to respond at all .

So far anybody receive any documents from the developer for phase 5 owner. eg: SPA or other document not letter as for me country view already going to collect the 15% 2nd stage payment from the bank. Right now almost everything had done but did not receive any document from them only letters to pay that to pay this. Anyone got floor plan of your own unit or map of the whole plan. Saw from JBtalk forum someone got the hardcopy of whole plan. Did you guy encounter the same scenario as mine.

Anybody there from phase 5 type E. My unit is third row near to the shoping mall. Any neighbours around, i have 2 other friends who bought the area with me together.

Hi Im from phase 5 type E but my unit facing the open field ,is the shopping mall nearer to old gelang patah road or the small road towards nusa idaman ?shophouses are mostly built up i suppose.

If yours is int'l lot, I suppose you are just beside me!! Cos phase 5 type E only 7 units facing the open field. And out of the 7, 4 is bumi lot & 3 is int'l lot
So we are neighbour

And the future shopping mall is just beside our phase 5, the open commercial land

For those who take type E, can i know anyone intend to extend the masterbed room balcony. If we extend it to the max( to the end), do you think the car porch ceiling can withstanding our weight. As i alway think that the design is very stupid why can't they extend the balcony to the max or is because its can't handle heavy weight or the developer wanted to cut cost for that small amount. Really can not understand what the reason behind.

Yes, I have the intention to extend my masterbed room balcony by removing the current metal railing and extend out using glass.
Due to the design of type E, I think many owner will do that..

They are using the wood & timber for the "formwork"

Ya, I saw that photo too. Surprisingly, strong wind can blew off a wall!!
Base on the photo, Looks like is a corner unit of type C at Phase 3. Behind is shophouses

Yap mine is int'l lot, if you look at the map for phase 5 type E mine seem to be in the centre row and also about centre in my row. My friends units is oppsite mine and very near to the shopping mall but not corner or end unit.
