Where can we buy this

Fuck the Z9. The best camera Nikon ever made will forever be the F3 with a production run of over 20 years. Mirrorless is for wimps who would rather show off their latest gear than go take great pictures.

You mentioned that Huawei have (had) the best camera on a phone? I never got around to getting it. Got a samsung S21 instead. Photos and videos are not bad at all.

No point getting Huawei as there is no GMS, aka Google services, in the phone liao.
If you want good photo quality, you will need a big sensor. Period. There's no getting around optical principles. What we see in our phone cameras these days are just computational photography, meaning AI is creating those blur background artificially and boosting color saturation.

Like I mentioned previously, I am not fussy with cameras, as long as can take good photos and videos, I am happy. Also, I was probably one of the last few to reluctantly ditch my camera (a compact auto Nikon Coolpix L-something). Imagine I go overseas, people were using their photos and I was using my old Nikon Coolpix. Eventually, I decided to just use the phone.

Fuck the Z9. The legendary FM2 will survive all kinds weather and will even work without batteries at all shutter speeds. As the slogan rightly says, "The Perfectionist Nikon".
