據《聯合》報導，今年1月24日晚間6時30分，大台軍艦黃姓軍艦作戰長糾集作戰部門人員聚餐飲酒，譯電士官長提議續攤，包括黃姓作戰長、李姓電子上士、陳姓譯電士官長、楊姓航海上士、曾姓航海中士和翁姓雷達中士皆前往，並要求一位沒喝酒的士官開車接送眾人，被迫充當「交通車」的官兵只好急忙返家，帶齊明日上班所需的制服及皮鞋後，隨同眾人前往位於高市水管路的「歌ＸＸ」KTV，期間有人將喝得爛醉的上士衣物脫光，有官兵趁眾人瘋狂玩樂之際，暗自錄影自保檢舉，未料影片竟外流在軍內群組熱傳。
海軍艦隊指揮部表示192艦隊所屬大台軍艦黃姓上尉等7人，1月下旬休假期間涉足不正當場所，經單位官兵於6月上旬反映，艦隊部即展開調查，核予涉案人大過以上處分，考核列為汰除對象。
