People have different needs & I think there will always be a niche for cheap phones like Nokia.

When I travel I have a few phones with me including 2 Nokias. They are compact phones & you don't need to charged as often as smartphones. I have them on standby loaded with SIM cards from non-Spore Telcos. Don't have to worry about theft or losing the telephones because they are cheap phones

As I get older I find that using a smartphone strains my eye sight & I prefer to use a larger iPad for browsing.

Yes niche market.
All criminals doing illegal stuff swear by their loyal Nokias. The more ancient the better.
As seen in movies, take out SIM card and battery can't be traced already. Also location triangulation is less accurate ive been told

Why don't you just carry one mobile phone with dual SIM cards ?

All my Nokias have dual SIMs except my iPhone.

I've got 2 Spore telephone numbers & 2 Thai, & had 1 Indonesian number. One thing I notice about using 2 SIM cards at the same time is that the batteries will drain faster.
I'm ready to start cutting back & the 1st to go will be my oldest Spore telephone numbers. Had this number for 15+ years :(
