Yang Yin thread: "Money, I love you!"

Re: Yang Yin : "Money, I love you!"

please lah at least I have already done him some serious damage. I ahve lodge compain with SMC and Law society. I have also call up the police to further investigate to charge him for "attempted murder" when he substituted her high blood pressure cholesterol medications with placebo and vitamins. all these are serious matter and more trouble for him than just CBT. this farker is so cunning that he plot all these so that old widow would die of a stroke or heart attack. withdrawal of her usual medications and substituting it with useless vitamins is equal to attempted murder a most serious charge!!!!!Police MUST investigate!!!!!!

Well done! You are a true blue Singaporean helping a pioneer generation widow against a bullying fake foreign talent.

Yesterday (21 Sep), the Chinese media reported that the niece of 87-year-old multimillionaire widow Chung Khin Chun, had made another police report against former PRC tour guide Yang Yin.

Yang is currently embroiled in a tussle over the $40 million assets of Mdm Chung. Mdm Chung’s niece has initiated court proceedings to revoke Yang’s guardianship of her aunt’s assets, alleging that Yang has manipulated her aunt to give him control of the assets. Mdm Chung was diagnosed with dementia this year.

In an affidavit, Mr Yang alleged that Mdm Chung, who has no children, took a liking to him and asked him to be her “grandson” in 2008 when he was then a tour guide in China.

Yang was later arrested on 17 Sep for suspected criminal breach of trust (‘Latest: PRC Yang arrested for alleged CBT‘) but is currently out on bail, said to be posted by a Singaporean woman.

After Yang and his family were forced to leave Mdm Chung’s bunglow, family members of Mdm Chung found an unusual letter left behind:

It was a letter asking the insurance company to transfer a home insurance plan from Mdm Chung’s husband name to Mdm Chung’s name. The letter has the signature of Mdm Chung on it.

It was reported that the family members became suspicious of the letter after they noticed a few issues on the letter:

1. After Mdm Chung’s husband passed away in 2007, she didn’t bother to take care of this matter. Then suddenly on 31 Oct 2011, she “decided” to pursue it. Why the sudden attention to the insurance policy after 4 years of her husband’s death? The family members asked.

2. Mdm Chung has stayed in the bunglow in almost her entire life. How is it that she can misspell her address (see top of of the letter)?

3. The letter said that Mdm Chung has hearing issues. But according to the family members, other than she has dementia, her hearing is perfectly fine.

In the letter, it also said to contact her “grandson”, Yang. This really infuriated the family members. Mdm Chung’s sister and niece then confronted Yang asking him to show proof that he is the legal grandson of Mdm Chung. Yang couldn’t. This was when Mdm Chung’s niece made another police report against him, alleging fraud.

The family members suspected that the letter was prepared by someone without any instructions from Mdm Chung and later got her to sign at the time when she already has dementia. In 2011, Yang was still not a legal guardian of Mdm Chung yet. He became one only in 2012.

It’s unlikely that the letter was written by Yang himself because of his lack of command of English. It was said that Yang had even earlier asked for money from Mdm Chung to attend English classes. Furthermore, Yang’s name in the letter was misspelled too. It was written as “Yang Ying” and not “Yang Yin”.

It’s not known who is the person who wrote the letter but certainly, it seemed to be a local person rather than a PRC due to the misspelling of Yang’s name in the letter. If it’s written by a local, it’s also not known the relationship of this local and Yang, if any.

{gpgt} proof that yang yin was a grassroots leader holding a position

NO.25:D

Dear TRS,

I am a grassroots leader and I am ashamed of Yang Yin, the China tour guide who conned the rich old widow of her money and assets.

I understand that he has been arrested by police and is already under investigation but I wanted to share this piece of information with your readers.

Dr Intan, who is an MP in Ang Mo Kio GRC had earlier claimed that Yang Yin wasn't holding any position and she didn't know him personally. But this list seems to show otherwise.

Yang is not simply an ordinary grassroots volunteer as claimed, instead, he is an "Integration and Naturalization Champion as well as a member of the Jalan Kayu Neighbourhood committee.

The list is not particularly long and yet Dr Intan is also on the list. How can it be that when the grassroots advisors work closely with their volunteers that she doesn't know Yang Yin personally when the list of position holders is so small?

Yang is supposed to help social integration, but he personally integrated himself to the old woman's wealth!

Integration Champions are also supposed to help Singaporeans and foreigners get closer to one another to avoid tensions, but look at all the problems he has caused to the old woman and her family.

Honestly, who can blame Singaporeans for feeling angry with him, with foreigners and with grassroots leaders?

The mainstream press dare not report about his grassroots connections like how long he has been a grassroots leader or his role. Is there a cover up? In fact, they even posted a clarification that he did not hold any position.

The public deserves to know. This is why I decided to show proof that Yang is not a nobody.

$10 million of widow's assets missing

My Paper | Monday, Sep 22, 2014

20140904_china_tourguide_hedyMok.jpg

THE MAN WHO MOVED IN: Madam Chung (left) met Mr Yang (Centre) while on holiday in China,
and made a will in 2010 leaving all her assets to him. In 2012, she appointed him as her guardian,
giving him full control of her assets.

SINGAPORE - At least $10 million worth of wealthy widow Chung Khin Chun's assets - including jewellery and works of art - have reportedly gone missing.

And the 87-year-old's niece, Hedy Mok, is representing Madam Chung to file a suit in the High Court to get a former tour guide from China, Yang Yin, to explain where the missing assets have gone, Lianhe Wanbao reported yesterday.

Mr Yang, 40, is embroiled in a legal tussle with Madam Mok, 60, over the widow's assets, believed to be worth $40 million.

Madam Mok is also asking the court to declare that Mr Yang violated his fiduciary duties and has to be responsible for the losses suffered by Madam Chung.

The widow's late husband, Chou Sip King, died in 2007. They have no children.

She met Mr Yang while on holiday in China, and made a will in 2010 leaving all her assets to him after he moved into her bungalow in 2009.

In 2012, she also appointed him as her guardian, giving him full control of her assets.

The widow was diagnosed with dementia earlier this year and Madam Mok applied to be her guardian in June.

Madam Mok decided to take legal action against Mr Yang last month.

Madam Chung's late husband left behind assets worth $7.6 million, including proceeds from the sale of land in Yio Chu Kang, estimated at $7.1 million after deduction of duties.

The couple also had paintings and sculptures worth millions, which were stored in their home's private art gallery.
Madam Chung also had jewellery worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Wanbao previously reported that Madam Chung's savings had gone missing and that many of her private-gallery collections had been auctioned off. The widow's valuables, jewellery and works of art kept in her home's safe had also been removed.

The missing assets are estimated to be worth more than $10 million.

It is understood that the lawyers appointed by Madam Chung's relatives - Eugene Thuraisingam and Peter Dorisamy - have managed to find strong evidence to support their case.

The plaintiffs want to apply for a court order for Mr Yang to explain to Madam Chung that he violated his fiduciary duties, and had directly or indirectly made a "secret profit".

The plaintiffs are also seeking to stop Mr Yang or his representatives anywhere in the world from selling Madam Chung's assets, including the assets which he has full control of.

With the money that he had swindled from the old lady, that rogue should have no difficulty in getting someone to write that letter for him. He merely had to throw down some money and even a blind man would be willing to write it for him.

Intan Azura: wears a tudung and pretends to be a pious Muslim, tells lies without batting an eyelid.

Well done! You are a true blue Singaporean helping a pioneer generation widow against a bullying fake foreign talent.

If the scoundrel could get away scot free from swindling this old lady, and due to the well published claim that he is a member of the papee grass roots, the repercussion from this scandal would hurt the papees badly.

Sinkie land is certainly a country where criminals cannot get away unpunished but since he is a member of the papees, what is the outcome of it all? Sinkies will be waiting to see.

Wah! inside Pap glassloot also got secret squirrel

Actually, there probably wasn't any need for the namelist.

After all, it's not some random dude from the streets who can sit at the table with grassroots leaders, or take pictures here and there with the pappies. ;)

Grassroots means grassroots. Doesn't matter if the person is leader, follower, organizer, coordinator or whatever.

You are a PAP grassroots participant, you are the enemy. No exceptions.

Re: Yang Yin : "Money, I love you!"

blame herself for inviting people home when knowing there are so many treasures kept at home. Want to keep toy boy just keep outside lah.

PRCs can be very nice to you when they have things to gain. They can speak well and very melodious mandarin to listen.

Old ladies when living alone and suffering from depression after the loss of their loved ones are often vulnerable to manipulation by any one who cares to lend a listening ear.

The scoundrel is known to the old lady and by being nice and caring to her, he would have made her listen to his every command.

Not a case of toy boy in this scandal but certainly an outright daring swindle in the crime history of sinkie land.

Re: Yang Yin : "Money, I love you!"

I am a local but seriously I don't even know what is a LPA until this saga burst out. For a foreigner to know about LPA and grassroot activities, he must have advisers. And advisers could be his fellow countrymen who have already obtained shitizenship and stayed here long enough. One of his adviser is the bailor and another one who offered him and his crook family a place to stay.

Certainly, he must have got help, advice and guidance from a certain group of cahoots who knew what he was up to so as to get a share of his loot. He did not have that level of education to pursue the course that he had taken.

So, is this case an organised swindle with a mastermind in the background while the scoundrel fronted the operation?
