Are you making this statement on the back of the video? If you have visited England you will know that they are not generally racist. I can tell you that the Brits are tired of 'political correctness' it was introduced to control the masses and it's now a joke in the UK.

most of people in england are not racist, but there are a number of far right supporters getting stronger, due to increase number of asylum seekers to UK and immigration from eastern europe, and some papers are promoting anti foreigner news everyday. it is hard for politicians and celebrity to criticize anything because of PC, there will be some rights group protesting on tv or papers the next day.
