the law with regards to this murdering intent is obvious.

It is natural to not be able to distinguish between a person who just want to beat you abit or really kill you when he attacks.

I can safely assume that singapore law encourages you to kill in self defence. ask questions later if someone throws the first punch.

How about if someone threatens to kill you? Police wont help you catch that fucker. the just warn him. but if you threaten to kill elite ppl....

also, no one is given a handbook on the law of the land.

Reformative training in Singapore is harder than normal jail term in Singapore.
