1) charismatic appearance ( clean looks , first impression already won half battle )
2) clear tone
3) clear voice ( don't need to shout his message across )
4) educated
5) sound convincing
6) look smart ( can win woman voters )
7) easy to understand speech yet powerful ( dont need to show off powerful vocabs to deliver his message across and can reach out to any voters

Wp where find this type of members ? Seems like wp can head hunt talents better then pap . Looks like wp going stronger and strong ... All the best wp .

I find Ah Goh is the best but Dennis is also outstanding. Terrence is like other WP MP/NCMP standard. Search for punggol east at YouTube. Michelle and AYG are ex-SDP. Michelle's move more reliable info. AYG not so sure, maybe rumour only.
