My boss has taught a good lesson. He employed Ah Nehs that lied and steal company properties. They even sell their WP pass and complained it was "lost". Eventually MOM told the company about it than we realised the gravity of the matter and send them back. As for pinoy, recruitment agents warned the likelihood of them not staying long once they get their PR, there is a hidden motive in this group of workers. Later my boss employed PRC, but they demand higher wages and quite cunning in "whistle blowing" if in grief. No choice but to employ older Singaporeans and couple of PR malaysian. PR malaysian are much better because of similar culture.
