You ever notice that some sinkies especially chinese sinkies somehow just think that they own race are boring people and cannot be funny unlike say indians or malays or eurasians?

Do you think such a mentality exists?

Yes, there are self-hating Chinese who look down on their race. But I've come across self-hating Malays and Indians too, who actually look up to the Chinese (some won't admit it though) and ang mohs. But we see many more self-loathing Chinese because they form the largest proportion of the population here, so it's more obvious.

It's all about internalized racism. And one major factor is European colonialism.
