I seriously thing this is a bad idea to link the World Cup to the elections especially when it has become a national joke and that not everyone watches world cup. But it begs the question, where in the World is Vivian Balakrishnan. Isn't he the minister of Sports. Why in the world have he not come out to say anything about this!!!!
