I think it means the game finished already so betting is not allowed anymore for that game. You never know some people so chao kuan type game over they still want to bet on that game. How can right?

One trend that never changes are those (usually miracle hoping ah peks) who like to play tikum-tikum at loser pools. You know, those dabbing at absurd score lines and high total no. of goals or AOS where the probability is very slim because it's the WC. jw5 has to be one of them.
