"Culture' is the wrong word to use. It's more like the 'local practice'.

I agree with this term.

Local practice can be changed. It depends on how you want to change it. What's the big idea of using tissue papers to reserve seats? I do not understand the argument of some folks here who says it's ok to do so.

If you go in a group, get someone to sit down and let the rest go buy their food! If you are alone, do takeaway! What's so difficult about it?
