i wonder is chee soon juan reading these from prof walter woon:
On westerners who criticise sgp:
"all countries' laws reflect their own particular society. So germany and austria have laws that criminalise doubting the holocaust, which is a restrictio on freedom of speech.
we have laws that prevent people from insulting islam. europeans don't. now, they criticise us for that. what gives them the right? what gives these people the right to say their system is better than ours? they've never lived here. they haven't grown up here. they don't know what we're like.
for one-third of my working life, i lived in europe. so i've lived in their society, i speak their language. do they speak ours? so i get very impatient with these fellows who come and criticise us. i say, 'look, firstly, does your society work better than mine? do you understand my society? what gives you the right?
That is not to say we can't learn from them. but when you have these people who pontificate about human rights and all that, the issue is : WHO MAKES THE JUDGEMENT ON WHAT IS THE STANDARD? these fellows have, for the last two centuries been used to saying we decide for the rest of humanity. but now why should they decide for humanity?
- prof walter woon
now what is HUMAN RIGHT to chee soon juan? and what rights does he have to dictate this right? what is he hiding behind this fakery?
i know but do you? go think with an open mind and u shall realise what i m trying to tell everyone.
