Willie lynch was someone who taught other slave owners how to control their slaves. Basically he taught them the divide and conquer method. How to develop hierachys among the slaves. Like making lighter skinned blacks or blacks with less curly or 'better' hair to be superior to those with darker skin and more wooly hair. To pit the males against the females. His letter is written more in detail obviously and has more points.
How this applies to us is how we also develop hierachys amongst ourselves. Take for eg how english educated ppl tend to feel superior to those chinese educated ones. Among the chinese educated, the mandarin speaking ones are seen to be classier and more educated than those that speak dialects. Among the english educated those with kang tang, western accents are seen as higher classed than those with a normal singaporean accent. How having more european features like sharper nose, bigger eyes is more attractive than slanted eyes.
Also how asian women are seen as more attractive than the men. This is especially shown in western movies. Now I doubt the west applied the willy lynch methods that purposefully on asians as opposed to the blacks since they were slaves yet up to a certain extend i bet some of it was done on purpose like making fun of asian accents. Of course not all of it was done with full intent like say no ang moh goes all the way to make fun of a chinese educated asian and pats the english educated one on the back. Yet i can say the seeds were sown by them in the past. This is the same thing among the blacks.
Like in the US whether light skinned or dark skinned a black person is a black person to an ang moh. They couldn't care less nor would they bother to differetiate yet among the black community, the lighter skinned black especially the female one is more attrative than her darker skinned cousin. This of course breeds hatred amongst themselves. The seeds were sown by the ang mohs but the tree that has grown with its branches has been nutured and watered by the blacks themselves, same thing among the asians.
This is just to make those whom are unaware to be aware.

First, I shall thank you, the gentlemen of the Colony of Virginia, for bringing me here. I am here to help you solve some of your problems with slaves. Your invitation reached me on my modest plantation in the West Indies, where I have experimented with some of the newest and still the oldest methods for control of slaves. Ancient Rome's would envy us if my program is implemented. As our boat sailed south on the James River, named for our illustrious King, whose version of the Bible we Cherish, I saw enough to know that your problem is not unique. While Rome used cords of wood as crosses for standing human bodies along its highways in great numbers, you are here using the tree and the rope on occasions. I caught the whiff of a dead slave hanging from a tree, a couple miles back. You are not only losing valuable stock by hangings, you are having uprisings, slaves are running away, your crops are sometimes left in the fields too long for maximum profit, You suffer occasional fires, your animals are killed. Gentlemen, you know what your problems are; I do not need to elaborate. I am not here to enumerate your problems, I am here to introduce you to a method of solving them. In my bag here, I HAVE A FULL PROOF METHOD FOR CONTROLLING YOUR BLACK SLAVES. I guarantee every one of you that if installed correctly IT WILL CONTROL THE SLAVES FOR AT LEAST 300 HUNDREDS YEARS. Now that you have a list of differences, I shall give you a outline of action, but before that, I shall assure you that DISTRUST IS STRONGER THAN TRUST AND ENVY STRONGER THAN ADULATION, RESPECT OR ADMIRATION. The Black slaves after receiving this indoctrination shall carry on and will become self refueling and self generating for HUNDREDS of years, maybe THOUSANDS. Don't forget you must pitch the OLD black Male vs. the YOUNG black Male, and the YOUNG black Male against the OLD black male. You must use the DARK skin slaves vs. the LIGHT skin slaves, and the LIGHT skin slaves vs. the DARK skin slaves. You must use the FEMALE vs. the MALE. And the MALE vs. the FEMALE. You must also have you white servants and over- seers distrust all Blacks. But it is NECESSARY THAT YOUR SLAVES TRUST AND DEPEND ON US. THEY MUST LOVE, RESPECT AND TRUST ONLY US.
