We know the Elections Department has no balls to prosecute Tin Pei Ling for flouting the Cooling Off legislation.

But in case the Elections Department manages to locate their balls, what are the consequences ? Will Tin alone bear the consequences ? Or will NSP become the 1st Walkover opposition MP ?
