Will PAP increase more MP seats in GE 2016?

as it is, there r plenty of seats in parliament for a small island. and as it is, there's too many 2nd ministers & minister of states... in corporate terms its called redundancy. too many clowns drawing ministers salary, but jobscope divided among 2 or 3 "ministers"

if they have a heart, conscience & dont have elephant hide on their face, they will not increase the seats in parliament, and may even downsize to reduce redundancy.

but as we all know, they dont have heart, conscience & have elephant hide on their face. they may maintain the number of seats, or may increase more redundancy.
