Now it's 4.12pm,
Will it flood today in SG?
Will it flood today in SG?
flooded with FT everyday
you mean another 50 years passed so quickly.
Flood is a misnomer in the pappies' context. The more apt term should be 'ponding'
My prognostication is that there will be massive ponding today to which the pappies will conveniently brush aside as a statistical outlier event which occurs once in half a century.
Pappies have taken 'problem-avoidance' to a new level by coining terms at a breakneck speed which will eventually be collected in an anthology for public reading and pleasure.
At the mean time, please get ready your canoes and gondolas as the country will soon turn literally into the real Venice of the East where joggers and cyclist will turn into canoeist for their daily dose of exercise in pond-drenched Singapore.
The PAP has turned our rainy season into the flooding season
i wonder which NEA Cambridge/Oxford twit of a scholar who came up with this "Ponding" term.
From wiki, ponding simply means "the unwanted pooling of water, typically on a flat roof." Spore aint exactly on top of the roof of the world rite?
And I thought my england was good. But this NEA twit beat me hands down!
chew men leong
Useless twit.
"Chew Men Leong is a former Singapore military officer. He was Chief of the Republic of Singapore Navy from 31 August 2007 to 29 March 2011, holding the rank of Rear-Admiral"
This is the best we got to run PUB now?
Singapore cannot handle raining weather nowadays. Sure flood one. The question is where will the floods be this time.
since the pap doesn't know the root causes of the floods, how can the pap solve flooding?>
I think they pretend they don't know the causes. Their I.Q cannot be so low.
yes, maybe they pretend so as not to implicate themselves
of course!! Why rock the boat over petty ponding when their million dollars slalary will be at stake?
if they pretend, it is a matter of time before the whole bunch will be voted out
