Get a PI to find proof of her affairs so that you can use it as the reaon for divorce later. If not, she will use the reason that you have unreasonable behaviour which the court will believe her and your character would be in doubt.
As long as you have been married, maintenance is a must, especially those mariage that is more than 10 years.
$1500 if too much and I doubt the court is so stupid.
Keep record of all your spendings towards the family and keep it. That is why it is a good idea to keep all your credit card bill.
Get a good lawyer and be prepared to spend around $30k if you guys are going to fight it out in court.

Even if the wife admits that she is guilty of multiple adultery in court, that does not deny her to claim a share in the assets and claim maintenance. In fact, it does not even reduce the amount she could claim.
