I find that this is an interesting sociological (cultural anthropology?) phenomenon/problem which is quite common in Singapore.
Non Malay male finding a malay female attractive but because of religious/cultural differences unable to form a relationship.
The answer is actually very simple-cast your net wider.
According to Wikipedia the "Malays ....... are ..
Austronesian people ...inhabiting the Malay Peninsula ...Indonesian including east of Sumatra, southernmost parts of Thailand , south coast Burma and .... Singapore, .. Borneo.....These locations today is part of ....
Malaysia, Western Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei, Southern Burma and Southern Thailand.

The
Austronesian-speaking peoples...are various populations in Southeast Asia and Oceania that speak languages of the Austronesian family. They include
Taiwanese aborigines; the majority ethnic groups of
East Timor, Indonesia, Malaysia, the
Philippines, Brunei, Madagascar, Micronesia, and Polynesia, as well as the Polynesian peoples of
New Zealand and
Hawaii, and the non-Papuan people of Melanesia. They are also found in Singapore, the Pattani region of Thailand, and the Cham areas of
Vietnam (remnants of the Champa kingdom which covered central and southern Vietnam),
Cambodia, and Hainan, China.

Thus your minah or minah type of dream girl can be found in all of S E Asia and parts of Taiwan,New Zealand,Hawaii and Hainan .
I find even the Isaan girls from North East Thailand are very minah like in their behaviour and it could be because many have Cambodian ancestors
There is actually no shortage of Minah or Austronesian ladies who are non Muslim-if you are prepared to wait and travel to look around.
For the working adult its not much of a problem as they can afford to travel.
However for the student, please be patient and that day will come.
If not there are many young Pinays in this place already but because of their religion and mix with Spanish, American and Chinese, they tend to be loud and even pushy, unlike the soft and feminine Minah we all like.
