Why SMRT so many people resign?

Knn... Actually how does all these HR executives contribute to the company ???
hr personnel are the most useless nincompoops in sillycon valley so much so that almost all tech companies today rely on online and outsourcing services to provide hr services to employees. want to hire? go online in a self-service portal and submit requisition. hr software gleans candidates from internal database plus linkedin and monster and offers hiring manager possibilities. q&a is done online then followed by web conference then followed by face to face interview. real hr personnel and execs are only hired for sexpertise positions such as state and federal labor laws compliance, health and insurance benefits consultation, severance and stock option admin. this smrt hr "best" practice must be old school, not best anymore but worst, and highly inefficient and ineffective. good riddance.
 
Hr, today is easily the department that actually does harm to any company in SG. Instead of resolving employee issues, they in cahoots with operations screw the employees. Instead of creative benefits utilisation for employees, the undermine the whole org by cutting benefits in order to score points with the bosses. Those companies with low employee morale mostly are due to HR itself and they cover themselves well by coming up with surveys that conceal their dirty work but point fingers at other dept.
Any smart boss nowadays will eliminate HR dept and let finance settle payroll. Allow employees to settle issues through union and if there is no union, directly settle it with the boss. Resign if you must because lousy companies don't deserve talented employees. If you are afraid of losing yr ricebowl, you definitely are a lousy worker.

Bottom line:
SACK THE WHOLE HR!!!!
