There is a reason why there's a cap on words limitation. It's to make reading of articles easier, especially when there's a need to start a new post. It's akin to taking a break once in a while after reading.

So stop whining, you idiot

If a 3-letter word can make you go gaga, how are you to manage more than 1000 words?

There is no need to post the whole article. If you want to draw attention to a long article, simply post an extract and then provide a link for those who want to read the whole thing.

The reason why there is a limit is simple. It has nothing to do with being retarded. It's because forum resources are finite and cost money.

If a 20,000 word article was posted, it would take forever for the thread containing the article to display and loading the page would consume large amounts of bandwidth.

I have bills to pay at the month and I'm trying to keep them as low as possible.

TK, this is no memory or brain exercise. Surely it's about expressing yourself (succinctly), and getting your point across. No need to be windy.:p

Or is the word summary unfamiliar with you? Also to my recollection, there's even a revised standard version of the good book:smile:
