Why prices of ice-kopi all over the shop?

Just order a cup of normal hot kopi first. 5 mins later, go and ask for a cup of ice and pay $0.20 for it. Then pour the kopi into the cup of ice. You'll have kopi peng for $0.50 lesser. That's what I have been doing for the longest time.
