A STOMPer saw this alleged Filipino gang conning locals for donations and cautions people not to fall for their tricks.
She suspects that they are from the same gang as the foreigner seen in City Link a few days ago as they were using the same pledge card.
Ester told STOMP via email last night (Jun 24):
"The lady in flora blouse and the man in brown shirt was seen at McDonald's in Plaza Singapura seeking for donations.
"And they are using the same pledge card as the man seen at City Link a few days back.
"They walk out of McDonald's as soon as the pictures are taken.
"Please do not donate to people without an NCSS permit and report them to the police.
"Don't need to sympathise crooks as most of them are not Singaporeans, but overseas gang members that come here to make money."
