why police never arrest and charge these people for illegal gathering in front of mrt station and causing inconvenience to commuters?

The station staff should be sacked for not performing their dutiesReally too much. So daring block MRT entrance exit and cause public inconvenience. Imagine u come out of escalators and kana blocked by them. EVERYONE KANA STUCKED AND ENDANGERING LIVES OF INNOCENT COMMUTERS!
