Why many men never wear socks in the office

Nowadays office wear are slowly migrating towards the casual. You no longer see workers with ties. The most formal is a ironed shirt and pant. Some young punk wear pant shorter by 2 inch to display the ankle. This fashion cannot wear socks as it look ugly.
Some company state smart casual.
I just find smart casual with a polo t doesn't look smart at all just like saf smart 4 look very silly for nsmen without muscles.
Hence I will go against the smart casual dress code by wearing casual but not uncle go market kind I.e funky kind.

Its 4 day week nowadays. Even working day feels like a weekend,

What to do when you cannot force wear a leather shoe you will get cuts. The only way is to go with boat shoe. In sg jacket is out though.

It depends on your profession. If you are deliveroo, 1, 2, 3 all okay.

1 is good for delivering Michelin Star food.

If you are in the creative business, 1 is ok. But the top appears too heavy.

If you are a lawyer or banker where a lot of money is involved, exposing your ankle would appear unkempt.

the short ankle sockless style should be for smart casual, not when top part already full formal which should just follow original classic look (correct length with socks and leather shoes)

Many running shoes already have sock material built into them, making socks redundant.

The main problem with men wearing socks is when sitting down your socks and flesh will be exposed, and it's embarrassing.

It's like exposing the top of your underwear when you bend down.

I wear two pairs of socks daily.

Inner pair full of holes, outer pair cover the holes. 2 layers make my feet thick and sturdy, i feel more secure :geek:
