Why juicing helps with diabetes, cancer,...

acv is very acidic. you need to either dilute it or add it to your cooking. taken too much and too often, it can destroy your esophageal lining.

once a day and i try for 3 to 5 days , then i stop..

1 part ACV and 2 part water.

The weird feeling is in my bottom tummy not my esophagus. however regular juicing reduces the feeling. at the moment, the feel comes when i ate processed food like ice cream..

Before you embark on something new why not try the coconut oil one table spoon per day for a week and see what happens? Could work.

yup, i will try that.. now i am doing coconut oil pulling..

your duodenum is affected by something. have you done a h. pylori breath test or an endoscopy?

is it a bloated feeling?

nope, i suspect it is ulcer..

then u try this for temporary relief before your next medical appointment

Buy the pink or red version. The regular version is too mild. Red is the best
In malaysia, i know u can buy Red. Singapore you need prescription for red.

I am not doctor but these are harmless temp relief. Must seek doctor's opinion.

thanks but i got to wait for the results and see what happens. i am not a fan in taking drugs..

however when i add ginger to my juice and drink it, it soothes the affected part.

I will try a juice fast to see how it goes.

Talking about Apple cider vinegar. I cam across this youtube video

According to the video, If you mix apple cider vinegar with honey, you will have a good anti-parasite killer. So not only will you be getting rid of parasites but you will also get more energy, help with digestion, decrease glucose levels, lower your cholesterol & blood pressure, alkanises the body, cleans the liver,....

Go slow if you have never done a cleansing before because there will be parasites dying off. Start by taking a teaspoon of the mixture & see what kind of reaction you get.

How was the health screen result?

How was the health screen result?

my health result is good and it lead me to learn something new about health.

one of the main reason that i do a health screening is to check my cancer markers.

my cancer markers are within normal range, non-exceeded.

It reinforces my belief that cancer is caused by insufficient nutrients to the body and also having too much toxin in the body.

My regular juicing and abstinence of meat in my diet contribute to my low tumour marking.

i also check on my vitamin D and Vitamin B12, it is within normal range as well. My intake of supplement B12 and adding eggs to my diet helps.. I used to be deficient in B12 and i took steps to remedy it.
