SGs litter too. I have witnessed examples which I am very ashamed of:20+ year old SGs in a queue at Clarke Quay. One of them took a can of soft drink, finished drinking and threw it on the floor. No shame in littering ! And not even drunk ! Outside an MRT: A guy took a tissue, wiped his nose and threw in on a grass patch. We should do the stop littering campaign again. Now it seems that we are in a new era where people must be told nicely how to behave.

How do you know he was a Sporean? Did you ask him for his IC

From my expeirence, if it was a Sporean he would 1st check around to make sure there were no witnesses before doing the deed. I've seen some litterbugs & I think they get a thrill out of breaking the law
