Why did Jen Hotel Stop Operating in Puteri Harbour ?

The Marina Clubhouse seems to still be "under Renovations"

Is there still Hope for Puteri Harbour ?

Or is Puteri Harbour going to organically transform into a racing circuit for EBikes at the Promenade and Illrgally-modified cars at Nights ?

Hotel closure seems related to monetary matters, as well the numerous AirBnB in the area has muted the business.
Somerset moved and the original place is now run like AirBnB. Racing circuit unlikely now, they have super spot checks recently starting on the eve and weekends.
The One Marina plans didn't go through so it will still languish for a while. I look at the marina now in sadness. Its really a shadow of itself. When it started, there were public restrooms and even coin operated laundry machines there at the ground floor. Now its very inconvenient for those living onboard at the marina, you have to go towards the end for the restrooms.

It is very hard, needs a comprehensive plan and a change of current management. Looking at the former marina clubhouse area, it had gone through so many changes, each one getting worse.
