Those PRs that have been in SG for 5 yrs or more must become citizens, if not convert to employment pass.
Those new PR must have at least 3 yrs of employment pass than they are allowed to apply for PR.
Do you guys think this will work?

Once this comes to effect they would not buy HDB in the first place, so the property market won't collapse and Singaporeans can happily leech off the rent from foreigners.
