谎称遭强奸 离婚妇两度报假案

26岁离婚少妇两度报假案，称遭一名男子“强奸”，也称男友妻子袭击她，掌掴她、猛踩她肚子，女子今午（23日）认罪。

被告罗慧敏面对两项报假案的控状，控方只针对其中一项提控，另外一项列入考虑中。

根据控状，被告在去年7月25日午夜12时25分，在位于武吉巴督东4道的邻里警署报假案，指一名妇女掌掴她左边脸颊、猛踩她肚子，并对她的左边手脚又捏又拳打。据了解，被告指的那名妇女是她当时男友的妻子。


被告也被控在2015年11月1日凌晨1时到兀兰东邻里警署报假案，指自己被一名男子“强奸”，但控方并没针对此控状提控。

被告今午认罪，控方表示她的罪行严重，被告编造故事导致受害人必须到警局接受调查，一名调查人员也被指派跟进案件，浪费不少人力。

被告代表律师呈上一份今年2月的国大检验报告，指被告患有抑郁症，也有轻微智力问题，要求法官允许他们要求强制性治疗报告与缓刑报告，看她更适合哪个刑罚。

最后，法官同意并要求两份报告。案展10月24日求情与下判。（人名译音）
